- It can process ultra-large format sheet metal, the maximum format can be up to 2500mm*12000mm, and the maximum cutting thickness can be up to 25mm, which is suitable for the processing of large parts in automobile, aerospace and other industries.
- It uses a high-strength split-plate welding bed to optimize the transportation scheme, which can be loaded into ordinary containers to reduce the transportation cost, and the transportation cost is only 1/3 of the frame container transportation.
- It uses a split frame support table to reduce the load of bed structure, reduce the impact of material washing on the bed structure, ensure the precision of the machine, and improve the load capacity of the table.
- It is equipped with a subdivided watershed dust removal function, smoke exhaust device automatically senses the laser cutting position, opens the precise smoke exhaust, closes the smoke exhaust in a non-cutting area, fully enclosed smoke control, increases the suction power, and removes smoke to the maximum extent.
- Equipped with double positioning pins on the front and rear of the exchange platform, it is convenient to assign the whole exchange process on the PLC touch screen. Comply with the EU’s three major safety design specifications and pass CE certification.
